A new Soochna Seva Kendra was inaugurated with the support of Oracle in Itki, Ranchi
Dear Readers,
August was a busy month for all of us. We have widened our reach into few very remote locations such as Undkha panchayat(Barmer), Tengaria village(Ranchi),etc., which were otherwise ignored due to lack of poor infrastructure and bad weather conditions. We entered into many healthy discussions about various issues faced by them. As usual, we found, that the biggest problem is the lack of information. We have slowly started work in these areas to chalk out a plan on how to make the local not just literate about various Schemes and Entitlements but digital literate too.
August was also the monsoon season in some parts of the country and our people saw many days of torrential rains that brought widespread damage to houses and lives. Western Madhya Pradesh was one of the regions that got affected. Our Soochna Seva team visited some of these areas even if they were outside our target locations. Our brave foot soldiers went the extra mile to meet the disaster-struck families and lend their support. Soochna Seva distributed 50 torches and 15 pair of shoes to the Panchayat to be distributed amongst the affected families. Special thanks to Abhinav and Nagendra for their wonderful job and going beyond their immediate responsibilities of reaching out to people.
Apart from conducting regular farming camps and vaccination camps, we took a step forward in Ranchi, Jharkhand by collaborating with training institutes to impart skill-based training to the rural youth to provide them an opportunity to get jobs.

सुबह की किरणे लेकर आईं, सूचना अपने साथ,
जीवन में आगे बढ़ना है, धरो न हाथ पे हाथ !
सूचना का यदि साथ मिले तो बढ़ते जाना,
सूचना से ही मिल जाता हर ओर ठिकाना !
सूचना से ही बढ़ जाता है सबका ज्ञान,
सूचना से हो जाता योजनाओ का भान !
कदम-कदम पर सूचना से सजगता आती,
ज्ञान बिना अँधेरे में है राह दिखाती !
भैया, बहना सूचना हरदम लेते रहना,
जीवन की हर नैया को खेते रहना !
सूचना है पतवार, सूचना साथी है,
जीवन का अनमोल खज़ाना थाती है !
सूचना से ही लाभ हमेशा पाओगे,
की अनदेखी सूचना का, पछताओगे !
