A new service in the basket, Umri Panchyat, Madhya Pradesh
Rajesh Singh, son of Shiv Singh Chauhan, is a permanent resident of Kangsali village in Tehri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand. His parents are involved in agriculture, and his two sisters are in school.
After completing XII standard, Rajesh wasnted to pursue hotel management. However, due to their weak financial condition, the family couldn’t afford Rs. 50,000 for his higher education, which institutes were asking. For them, it was even difficult to make both ends meet.
One day, Soochna Seva had organised a meeting for village youth where they spoke about various career opportunities for the young. They also spoke about hotel management; and Shiv Singh requested the Soochna Sevaks to guide Rajesh further in pursuing his dream career. With the guidance of Soochna Sevam Rajesh was selected on merit bases for a hotel management course. His free is nil. And his parents are extremely happy.
