Soochna Seva Kendra Chachoda is very far from the district Headquarters. National Highway 3, historically known as Agra- Bombay Road was built by British when they moved the capital to Delhi from Kolkatta. This road connects Guna and Chanchoda. Once this road was an ‘A’ class road, but these days it’s in bad conditions. Accidents are very frequent.
In the month of April when Soochna Seva Guna team held it’s Monthly Meeting at SSK Chachoda. While returning from the meeting SSK Negma and SSK Aron saw an accident which took place few meters before Parvati River. Sochna Sevak Abhinav Pandey and Rajaram Dhakkad alighted from the vehicle and assisted the injured.
One individual was badly injured and needed immediate medical assistance. Both Soochna Sevak spotted a Jannai Suraksha Vahan and asked the driver to help the injured to take him to the hospital, the driver who had different mandate refused.
Persistent Pandey ji and Rajaram reasoned with the driver and said – jo abhi tak is duniya me nahi aya use jyda important ye hai isko bachao. The driver saw through the reason and helped Pandey ji and Rajaram to transfer the injured and took him to the District Hospital rather than to Bywara.
