A new Soochna Seva Kendra was inaugurated with the support of Oracle in Itki, Ranchi
A three day extensive communication and visibility workshop was organised on 21st-23rd December, at Ranchi. It was conducted to develop capacity building of the ground team in order to seek better results in terms of information dissemination of entitlements.
The workshop majorly involved: seeking inputs from the ground team regarding IEC material developed so far. This was the first time when a proper involvement of ground staff made the workshop a successful one. It was also ensured that the team gets a clear picture about the objectives and motive behind soochna seva.
There were three main themes of the workshop
- Major and effective entitlements/schemes, modes
- Mediums and methodologies and redressal mechanism
- RTI.
Discussion on these topics ensured effective implementation and proper management of the programme along with transparency and credibility.
Main objectives were:-
- To solicit views of the ground team regarding audios, videos, posters on government entitlements
- Sharing of deliverable and challenges/learning during last 6 months of programme planning and execution
- To seeks inputs on “User interface & information flow of Public schemes dissemination to the end user via a simple mobile application
