About the Collaboration:
This initiative has been started in co-ordination with Soochna Seva Programme of Digital Empowerment Foundation (DEF) and Mazdoor Kishan Sakti Sangthan (MKSS) to provide advocacy support to State Government of Rajasthan to develop or modify the Public Entitlements related ICT for enhancing the information structure for Public domain.
Objective:
- Advocacy support to departments related to
– Social Security (Pension and Bhamashah)
– Education
– Health
– Panchayati Raj
– RTI
– Mining
– Silicosis
– Urban Development
– Labour and Livelihood
– Forest Rights - Understand and analyse the internal workflow of the department to collect data and provide information
- Analyse the internal management information system in terms of providing solutions per case
- Analyse the internal MIS in terms of proper monitoring of the government benefit supply system
- Analyse the internal MIS in terms of stopping the corruption by the village/block or district level staff
- Improving the quality of data or information for public domain/Website
- Grievance management system in terms of user interface and proper disposal of grievances
- Making sure the proper linkages within the departments of state in case of benefit by two or more departments
- Insure the fix time frame of the disposal of grievances or new applications by all levels within the department
